Are the recipes oil-free?
Yes, all 12 recipes are oil-free.
Do the recipes have gluten-free options?
10 of the 12 recipes are gluten-free.
I can’t eat nuts! Are the recipes nut-free?
11 of the 12 recipes are nut-free. I even have a nut-free vegan cheese recipe (Pepita Cheese)!
And are the recipes low-fat?
Most are low fat, such as the soup, collard wraps, breakfast bowl, potato fritters, lentil patties, etc. The pepita cheese, cookies, and chocolate almond dip are not “low-fat” as they contain nuts/seeds. But, they are oil-free.

Hi Dreena! I just watched your livestream vanilla sweet potato cake. I use your chocolate sweet potato cake and frosting recipes from my very dog eared, dripped upon, and well loved copy of Plant Powered Families. Would love to try the vanilla version.
