So I planned to post this giveaway last week, as a follow-up to my Mother’s Day recipes. You know that saying “your eyes are bigger than your stomach”? … Well, I guess my plans were bigger than my presence.
With the official release of my book, and preparing for my book signing (photos coming), fitting in a blog post was far too much for this author/mama-of-three last week. I think it’s for the best anyhow. Because us mamas should have more than one day a year to be acknowledged for all that we do! Right? I say we celebrate ourselves every month. Let’s start with a chance to win a !
You guys know I love my Blendtec. I’ve talked about it many, many times. In Plant-Powered Families, I make a lot of use of both my Blendtec and food processor. I currently have a Vitamix BUT I would love to have have a BlendTec – I have had my eye on them for a while. I read bloggers and watch YouTube of the BlendTec user like you, Dreena, and Jason Wrobel for example. They look amazing! I do LOTS of smoothies, dips, spreads, dressings, etc. I really want to see what the differences are with vegan ice creams…I heard it even has an ‘ice cream button’. I would also LOVE to try any/all of the recipes you mentioned! I’ve been a fan since the first book! So far my favorite recipe of yours that is from the 2nd book, I believe was the Vickie’s Quinoa Hummus Casserole which I still make often! Fingers crossed I win BUT good luck to everyone else, too!

I have another blender (N****) for 2 yrs now and I am not totally satisfied with it. It never worked properly for me.
I use my blender most everyday. I’ve been getting so aggravated with it. What would I do with Blendtec:
I have PPF ebook and would love to make all the recipes in it.

I’ve always wanted to try making cashew cream and similar sauces, but with no high speed blender I can’t! Would love one of these ๐

I would love to have a Blendtec, especially for the twister jar. It would be great to have something that can withstand the demand of nut butters. I am really enjoying your recipes as well Dreena!
