So I planned to post this giveaway last week, as a follow-up to my Mother’s Day recipes. You know that saying “your eyes are bigger than your stomach”? … Well, I guess my plans were bigger than my presence.
With the official release of my book, and preparing for my book signing (photos coming), fitting in a blog post was far too much for this author/mama-of-three last week. I think it’s for the best anyhow. Because us mamas should have more than one day a year to be acknowledged for all that we do! Right? I say we celebrate ourselves every month. You guys know I love my Blendtec. I’ve talked about it many, many times. In Plant-Powered Families, I make a lot of use of both my Blendtec and food processor. Hummmm…first, i would certainly make a huge green smoothie. Yummm…! I can’t wait to try the twister jar too. That would be a nice gift really appreciated. With all the fresh vegetables that is coming in my own garden I will make all kind of great soups and smoothies.

I will do my almond milk/smoothies and also the vegan burger lentil that my family love. I keep checking on Craiglist to see if there is one available for cheaper. My black and decker food processor died 8 months and I haven’t replaced it yet:( winning blendtec blender will be winning the lottery!)
