Plant-Powered Families is here! I’ve mentioned this new cookbook a few times, and today I can officially announce that it releases on May 12th! In this cookbook, I share over 100 recipes, plus insights and tips from my 14 years of raising 3 “weegans”.

All the recipes are vegan, whole foods plant-based, and many with allergy-friendly options to make them nut-free or gluten-free. Seriously, I can’t keep up with all of these seriously delicious looking recipes. My bookcase is groaning, but I shall make room for this new book. Oh my, I’m drooling with the pics shown thus far. My only problem is that work gets in the way of my spending quality time in the kitchen. Please keep on creating these scrumptious delights. I shall just have to make the time, won’t I?
Additionally, since my two nieces (pre-teen & teen) have started to shun the typical SAD diet & come ’round to my way of eating, I guess I’ll need to pick up a second for my sister…
