March marks the 1-year anniversary of the release of my (first) ebook, the Plant-Powered 15!
Writing this ebook was such a new experience for me. As I explained in this post, I hadn’t ever really thought about creating an ebook, it really evolved through your interest. Thank you for the encouragement.

I already have your PP15 book.
Hmmm..That’s hard to say. I love all your recipes from this book but if I have to pick one I would have to go with your “Sweetballs”. I made them once for dinner and my husband and friends devoured them! They were a huge success. I love everything you come up with that has sweet potatoes…. 🙂
