March marks the 1-year anniversary of the release of my (first) ebook, the Plant-Powered 15!
Writing this ebook was such a new experience for me. As I explained in this post, I hadn’t ever really thought about creating an ebook, it really evolved through your interest. Thank you for the encouragement.

I purchased your ebook last year (my email address at that time was p.water9@upcmail.com) and I think I made the wonder spread, the house dressing and the orange-miso dressing in the first few days and loved them. And then I made the coconut pillow because I had read so many good things about them; they were right – they are so exquisite! I love your recipes!
