Friends, it’s taken me some time to compile these recipes, get them tested (oh my darling recipe testers, thank you), photography and then design. But it’s done, it’s really done!
This ebook has been a couple of years in the making, and I know many of you have been waiting for these oil-free vegan snack recipes – so let’s get to it!
This ebook includes 17 oil-free vegan snack recipes. All recipes are also gluten-free, and with the exception of one dipping sauce – are nut-free or offer a nut-free option.
As with my earlier ebooks, all recipes have been captured in realistic, beautiful food photography by Nicole Axworthy.
What kinds of oil-free vegan snack recipes are we talking about?
PB Protein Bars
Noshing Noochy Chickpeas
Chocolate Lovers Granola
Popcorn Trail Mix
Salted Oil-Free Popcorn
“Honey” BBQ Sauce
Irresistible Spud Bites
Chocolate Sweet Potato Pudding
This ebook started with the popcorn recipes!
Popcorn is one of the archrivals of oil-free snacking.
It’s not straightforward, right?
I found a technique to make a caramel corn. Exciting!!!
Then, I made a chocolate version. And then, a savory.
It was magical! Delicious! With that, I was off to create this ebook.
Of course, then realized we also needed crispy oven-baked spuds, and a munchy granola, chickpea nuggets… chickpea fries!
Of course, I developed yet another sweet potato treat. Chocolate Sweet Potato Pudding for the win!
These oil-free vegan snack recipes offer something for everyone. Sweet, savory, cold, warm, crunchy, silky-smooth… and yes, some chocolate. 😋
For this release, I’m offering temporary deal on my collective ebooks:
