Fascia is where everything begins, it connects everything in our bodies, energy and communications flow through our fascial matrix. Embryology has shown that we are self-organizing, and self-initiating, and this occurs through our fascia.
Yet fascia has been understudied, underappreciated, and misunderstood. Much like the power of eating a whole foods plant-based diet.

What is Fascia FLO?
Fascia FLO is a proven system that interfaces with the fascia in your body, reconfiguring it on a cellular level. And, unlike methods that address the more superficial layers of fascia (rolling, massage, trigger-point work, fascia-blasting), Fascia FLO is able to access the deeper layers of fascia.
And, not only do we engage the densified fascia to clean it up (read more here), we activate the energy meridians associated with Chinese medicine – as they traverse these fascial planes. It’s a beautiful, harmonious system!
How is Fascia FLO different from yoga or other exercises?
Fascia is its own unique tissue. It requires a unique movement to engage and reconstruct it.
I have exercised since my teen years. From strength training to pilates to various styles of yoga. I practiced yoga for twenty years, and taught yin yoga for the past five. Yoga is wonderful for many things, but it didn’t change my pain and stiffness. In fact, sometimes it worsened matters. This is the only thing that has offered significant, sustainable shifts in my tissues – removing my pain points and restoring freedom in my joints.
This shift has been so powerful for me, that I stopped teaching yoga and shifted into teaching this modality and creating a new website to share it with you through live classes and pre-recorded sessions.

Fascia FLO: the catch
Congrats, you made it this far!
What’s the catch? Sounds too good to be true, right?
Well, the catch is that it requires your commitment and some work. It’s not painful, but it’s not effortless.
Those that sense the change in their bodies? They practice a couple of times a week.
